These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ishraq mobile application ("the App") operated by Ishraq. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application Ishraq provides tools to assist Muslims in daily religious practices, including prayer times, Qibla direction, Islamic calendar, Quran reading, Tasbih counter, mosque finder, and prayer notifications. These features are for informational and personal use only. Users are responsible for verifying prayer times according to their local religious authority.

2. Subscriptions and Payments Ishraq offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Apple In-App Purchases:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

• Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policies

3. Premium Features Premium features may include:

• Unlock all premium features

• Additional Adhan sounds

• Additional Quran reciters

• Monthly prayer timetable

• Date converter

• Early access to new Ishraq features

Feature availability may change over time.

4. Notifications The App sends local notifications for prayer reminders, Adhan alerts, and Ramadan reminders. All notifications are generated locally on your device and can be disabled in device settings.

5. Location Services Certain features require location access including prayer time calculation, Qibla direction, and mosque search. Location access is optional and can be disabled in device settings.

6. Third-Party Services Ishraq uses:

• Apple Maps — location and mosque search

• RevenueCat — subscription management

• Apple App Store — in-app purchases

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, and software in Ishraq are the property of Ishraq. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Ishraq is provided "as is" without warranties. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee prayer times will always be completely accurate. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the App.

9. Changes to the App We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
